No. We use water and biodegradable detergents. We do not use perc (perchloroethylene) or silicone solvents, making our process safer for your skin, your clothes, and the environment.
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours for regular dry cleaning and wash & fold services. Alterations and specialist items (like wedding dresses or heavy curtains) may take longer.
If you're using our Wash & Fold service, we ask that you check your pockets, but you do not need to separate colors from whites—our team handles all the sorting.
Simply schedule a pickup online or via phone. We will collect your items at the designated time, clean them, and deliver them back to you. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £45.
