Welcome to Quick Dry Kleen. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
1. Service Agreement
By leaving your garments with us or using our collection and delivery service, you agree to these terms. We exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual article.
2. Liability
We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss, our liability with respect to any damaged or lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
3. Unclaimed Items
Items not collected within 90 days will be donated to charity or disposed of, unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon collection or delivery of items unless a business account has been established with agreed terms.
